Rafique Kaiser(b.1952) is the most prolific literary figure from Pabna. His works Kamol Puran and Tin Purusher Rajniti, once commented by Probashi Anandabazar from Calcutta as "Monumental works by a Bangladeshi".A regular subscriber to The New York Review of Books(NYR), The London Literary Supplement makes him an universal figure updating the dynamics of the world literature in his firm grip.
He is now serving as Principal of Mirzapur Cadet College,Tangail.
