Situated about 2km east of the town this temple is one of the major archeological attractions of Pabna district. An excellent Hindu Temple, built in 18th century. Its architecture reminds the traditional village huts. But before the construction was completed something sac-religious occured on the site and therefore the temple was never used.

Interesting elements about Pabna,Chalanbil(Marshyland) of archeological and historical value,can be found in the Varendra Research Museum in Rajshahi, divisional Town about 80km NW of Pabna.In 1916, a benovalent Feudal Lord named Raja Pramadnath Ray establiseds this museum building. Open at:Sat-Wed:10am-4:30pm,Fri:2:30pm-5pm,Closed on Thursday & Raj.Univ declared holidays.Free entrance.
